We set up your estate profile, register units and residents, and configure the platform to match how your community is structured. Our team handles the technical setup — you just review and approve.

Residents, security staff, and managers each download their dedicated app and join your estate with a simple invite code. Most estates are fully onboarded within 3 to 5 days.

Guest approvals, service requests, payments, and announcements flow between all three apps in real time — with zero manual coordination between teams.

Use the estate invite code provided by your management team. Once verified, your account is linked to your unit and estate community.
Open the resident app, review your outstanding estate or utility bill, and complete payment through the available payment options.
Create a guest invite in the resident app. Security receives the approval details instantly and can verify the visitor at entry.
Pricing depends on estate size for onboarding, plus a monthly service fee for occupied apartments.
